Anti-Ragging Committee

The Anti-Ragging Committee (ARC) of Tulaskar Institute of Science and Technology is established as per the guidelines of AICTE, UGC, and the Supreme Court of India to ensure that the campus remains completely free from ragging, harassment, or any form of misconduct. The institution follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging.

Objectives

• To prevent any form of ragging within the campus.
• To create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all students, especially freshers.
• To spread awareness about anti-ragging rules and punishments.
• To take prompt action on any complaints received.
• To ensure compliance with AICTE/UGC anti-ragging regulations.

Functions of the Committee

• Monitor and ensure a ragging-free environment in classrooms, labs, canteen and corridors.
• Display anti-ragging notices, helpline numbers, and guidelines on the website and notice boards.
• Conduct orientation/awareness programs for students every year.
• Receive and address complaints related to ragging.
• Report verified cases to the authorities and take disciplinary action as per rules.
