Proceedings

The NSS Unit and Sports Department of Tulaskar Institute of Science and Technology, Hinganghat jointly organized the International Yoga Day Celebration on 21 June 2026 at 6:30 A.M. in the institute premises.

The programme was conducted in the esteemed presence of Dr. Umesh P. Tulaskar, President, Vidya Vikas Shikshan Sanstha, and Dr. Rajvilas Karmore, Principal, Tulaskar Institute of Science and Technology, Hinganghat.

The chief guest and yoga expert, Shri RenuDas Naktode, Z.P. Yoga Teacher, demonstrated various Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. He explained the significance of Yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental peace, emotional balance, and a disciplined lifestyle.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Umesh P. Tulaskar highlighted Yoga as India’s invaluable contribution to the world and emphasized the need to incorporate Yoga into daily life for achieving a healthy society. Dr. Rajvilas Karmore motivated the participants to practice Yoga regularly to improve concentration, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness.

All teaching and non-teaching staff members enthusiastically participated in the Yoga session and performed various Yoga practices under expert guidance. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and a pledge to adopt Yoga as an integral part of daily life.
