Event Objectives

  1. To warmly welcome newly admitted students to the college and make them feel comfortable in the new academic environment.
  2. To provide an opportunity for students to interact with seniors, faculty members and fellow classmates.
  3. To promote friendship, teamwork, mutual understanding and a sense of belonging among students.
  4. To encourage students to showcase their talents through cultural activities such as dancing, singing, ramp walk and other performances.
  5. To develop students’ confidence, communication skills, creativity and stage presence.
  6. To promote unity and coordination among students of BCA, BBA and MBA programmes.
  7. To create a positive, friendly and inclusive atmosphere that supports students’ academic and personal development.

Proceedings

The programme began with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Chairperson, Principal, faculty members, staff and newly admitted students.

This was followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. The lamp-lighting ceremony symbolized the beginning of a new academic journey filled with knowledge, positivity and success. The auspicious ceremony created a dignified and positive beginning to the celebration.

After the lamp lighting, the Freshers Party officially commenced.

Outcomes

The Freshers Party 2026 concluded on a joyful and positive note with a vote of thanks. Gratitude was expressed to the management, Chief Guest, Chairperson, Principal, faculty members, staff and students for their valuable support and enthusiastic participation.

The celebration successfully achieved its objective of providing a warm and memorable welcome to the newly admitted students. The combination of the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, cultural performances, singing, ramp walk, games and interactive activities made the event lively and enjoyable.
