Event Objectives

The Induction Programme was designed with the following objectives:

  1. Familiarization with the Institution

    • To introduce students to the vision, mission, values, and culture of the institution.

  2. Academic Orientation

    • To provide awareness about the academic structure, curriculum, examination pattern, rules, and regulations.

  3. Student Support Systems

    • To acquaint students with the facilities such as library, laboratories, ICT tools, mentoring, placement cell, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

  4. Holistic Development

    • To encourage participation in NSS, sports, cultural and co-curricular activities for overall personality growth.

  5. Value-based Education

    • To instill discipline, ethics, and professional commitment among students.

  6. Faculty-Student Interaction

    • To create opportunities for building healthy relationships between students, faculty, and peers.

  7. Life Skills and Career Preparedness

    • To motivate students towards skill development, career readiness, and lifelong learning.

  8. Social Responsibility

    • To sensitize students towards gender equity, community engagement, and social service.

Proceedings

Tulaskar Institute of Science and Technology (TIST), Hinganghat, proudly hosted a memorable Induction Programme for newly admitted BBA, BCA, and MBA students under the esteemed guidance of Vidya Vikas Sanstha. The event marked the formal commencement of the academic journey for our fresh batch of students.

 

The ceremony was gracefully hosted by Ms. Shraddha Raut, Head of BCA Department, and began with the traditional lighting of the lamp followed by a floral tribute to Late Shri Pandurangji Tulaskar, the visionary founder of Vidya Vikas Sanstha. Students and faculty joined together for the Saraswati Vandana, invoking blessings for the academic year ahead.

Inspiring Messages                                                                                                                                                                                                         Dr. Umesh Tulaskar in his Presidential Address encouraged students to embrace opportunities and strive for excellence. Dr. Nayana Tulaskar motivated students to balance academic achievements with personal growth and character building.
