Introduction

Tulaskar Institute of Science and Technology, Hinganghat, in collaboration with Matoshree Ashatai Kunawar Women’s College, Hinganghat, organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on 21st August 2025 in the Seminar Hall. The theme of the program was:

“Creating a Creative Learning Environment: Fostering Innovation and Engagement in Education.”

Guest Speaker

The resource person for the program was Dr. Shraddha Mukteshwar Wani, Assistant Professor & IQAC Co-ordinator, Ranibai Agnihotri College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Wardha.

Program Proceedings

  • The program commenced with a welcome address, followed by a floral welcome and introduction of the guest.
  • Dr. Wani delivered an enlightening and interactive session, covering topics such as:
    • Innovative teaching practices
    • The role of creativity in effective classroom teaching
    • Student engagement strategies
    • Building a collaborative learning atmosphere
  • The session was highly interactive, with active participation from faculty members who shared their views and experiences.
